@Aoife, look for grants or subsidies that support green initiatives. Also, communicate the value of sustainability to your customers—they might be willing to pay a premium.

We struggled with finding suppliers that align with our sustainability goals. Building strong relationships and asking the right questions helped us overcome this.

Employee buy-in was tough for us at first. Involving them in the decision-making process made a big difference.
